Couch to 5K Training
March 4, 2025 - May 9, 2025

The Couch-to-5K program is designed to move new runners or it’s-been-awhile runners to completion of a 5K through a 10-week program that includes 3 workouts per week for 30-45 minutes.

TRAINING BEGINS: MARCH 4, 2024
TRAINING 3 DAYS A WEEK: TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS @ 5:30 PM & SATURDAYS @ 8:OOAM
COMPLETE THE TRAINING AND RECEIVE $5 OFF THE STRAWBERRY CHASE! REGISTER AT RC3: $10 MEMBERS / $15 NON-MEMBERS
