The Rhea Heritage Preservation Foundation will present The Time Machine as a radio drama. The performance will be Oct. 31 at 2 p.m., in the Rhea County Courthouse as part of MainStreet Dayton’s PumpkinFest.  The iconic H.G. Wells’ science fiction story was first broadcast in 1943 by the BBC as a British radio adaptation, starring Robert Glenister, which framed the story as H.G. Wells telling his own tale to a journalist. Tickets will be $5 online and at the door.
