Customers must park in order to shop. \nWHY: Most small towns historically had a traditionally fixed day—often weekly or monthly—when a town’s marketplace opened for vendors to sell produce\, goods\, and livestock. Historically and currently\, in many cultures it acts as a central hub for commerce and community gathering. RHPF wants to restore that community gathering place in Rhea County.
